1. Introduction

Welcome to Abercairn Yarns. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of abercairnyarns.co.uk and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Product Descriptions & Colours

Every skein of Abercairn Yarn is dyed by hand in small batches. Because of the artisanal nature of our process, no two pots are identical. While we make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Slight variations in colour and texture are normal and celebrate the hand-crafted nature of our yarns. They are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

Due to the small-batch nature of our dyeing process, stock is extremely limited. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed and payment is processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Abercairn Yarns is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@abercairnyarns.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely delighted with your yarn. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused, unwound yarn in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Custom-dyed orders and sale items are strictly non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Abercairn Yarns and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website without express written permission.
